Every wedding is dramatically different but we can give you an idea of how the timings throughout the day might proceed. Below you can see a typical schedule for a basic package with two optional extras and how we squeeze it all in to one day!


1pm: Band load in

2pm: Champagne reception - acoustic guitar set (outdoors)

5pm: Piano background music during wedding breakfast

6-7pm: Warm up dance music set

7pm: First dance

7:30 - 8:30pm: First live set

8:30 - 9:30pm: Mid evening dance music set

9:30 - 10:30pm: Second live set

10:30 - 11:30pm: Final dance music set

Remember when you book CTC these timings are just a guideline. As long as the band can finish their final live set by curfew, they can play to any schedule you wish.
